Thanks for the fine IDE! Has found in a folder with resources Russian flag and comment a line for a Russian translation (XML-file). Tell, whether means it, what it is soon possible to expect the Russian interface? I could help with creation of the Russian interface (perhaps there are utilities for editing of your file of resources)
