Hi all,
I stumbled upon this forum after a long search on how to decompress a compressed xml file.
When I searched google for its header; 789C *heximal* I found some info about that this was zlib compressed on normal mode, but nowhere is a program that can do it for me. Since I have no programming knowledge of any kind, the source code is absolutely not a solution.
So far I didnt find any command lines for usage of the zlib dll either, so is there anyone who could decompress the xml file for me, or give a link to a tool that can compress and decompress these files in that 789C mode?

So to be extra clear, Im searching for a command line and/or user inferface utility that can handle the decompression of this xml file.
