SharpDevelop has been kickass fast and convenient! Now my application is almost ready and I can't seem to find the 'Publish' equivalent of Visual Studio in SharpDevelop. Do I have to manually copy off directories and dependencies or is there a way to 'publish/deploy' the web application in SharpDevelop?
Any plugins which can do it?
