Recommandation of manuals for C# and sharpdevelop

 Hello dear members,

Now after general overviews, what would be your suggestion for the book, tutorial, manual, as close as possible for using C# and  Sharpdevepment environment?

1- starting from scratch

2- for users having some basic knowledge C# 2008/2010 Express Edition

There a few available over the net, but regarding yours, and considering that we are in 2014 ( many references streat until  2010-2012 ), what would be your suggestions ( early stages learners to more advanced users ).
