Microsoft.Cpp.Default.props not found

I'm from Spain, thus running the Spanish version of the software in a Windows 7 32 bits edition.

Anyway. When I try to create a new solution for a console application in C++, even if I have already tried installing everything I could need, the IDE gives me the following error: 

Please ensure that Windows SDK is installed on your computer.

The imported project "C:\Microsoft.Cpp.Default.props" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk.

What can be happening?
