Error message during try to create of solution for console application

Dear community.

I have installed on my computer ONLY SharpDeveloper. I try create a new solution for simple console application c++.

But the following message always appear

Please ensure thar the Windows SDK is installed on your computer.
The imported project "C:\Microsoft.Cpp.Default.props" was not found.
Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk.

I have Windows SDK on my computer installed, but message still again.

What is not correct?
