I think that's what it's called, desktop composition. I have an issue open on GitHub that has information regarding this problem.
What I find weird is that a solution created in Visual Studio Express compiles fine in #Develop, and the compiled program has desktop composition on. I have looked around, but seem unable to find any settings related to how the program is compiled or displayed.
I'm using #Develop version 4.4.1 build 9729 on Windows 7 HP SP2 64-bit.
All solutions/projects that I work on are VB.net.
