It seems that opening a project doesn't read back all the changes I saved last time I closed it. In my particular case, this is the example I have seen...
- In the form designer I have a chart (among other things), I set the chartarea y-axis minimum to something less than zero (I also have custom labels but don't know if that is relevant), changes appear on form designer and in running program, all is ok.
- Save project, close down SharpDevelop, re-open project in SharpDevelop, and I notice that the negative axis minimum is not present in the form designer, although if I run the program everything is still ok (from subversion I can see that the file contains the correct changes).
- If I make another edit to the form or chart using the property editor, then the y-axis minimum also gets overwritten by zero, and the program runs with incorrect chart (from subversion I can see that th file now contains incorrect changes).
Because of this I can't be sure other properties aren't being over written and I may have to revert back to SD4 if this persists. This is a shame because I like many of the new features. Can you give me an idea of when/if this will be fixed?
